The first seminar focuses on how to properly carb load and taper (May 7th), the second focuses on general nutrition for runners (May 14th) and the third seminar is focused on how to recover after running your personal best (May 21st).
Natasha Onley from Caven Nutrition will be joining us for a seminar of how to eat to run your best and avoid getting sick.
This session will include samples of food from Natasha as she shares her recipes with the attendees.
