MEC Transition to Trail - Autumn Session

Jump over the stream, blast through the woods and learn to cursh the trail with our Transition to Trail course. Immerse yourself in autumn forests, learning new techniques and discovering new trails.
This training program is designed to provide each runner with the skills and experience they need to feel comfortable out on the trails. Each session will dial in on a skill set, on a trail system around the city that fits with that weeks' lesson plan goals. Some of the topics we will cover include foundational skills, downhill defensive, single track skills and more.
This program assumes you have no major health problems, are in reasonably good shape and are comfortable jogging for 5km.
