Transition to Trail - Spring Session
Jump over the river, blast through the woods and learn to crush the trail in this transition to trails course
This beginner- friendly training program is designed to allow each runner to feel comfortable out on the trails. The end goal of this program is not to complete a set distance in a specified time, but rather to develop a host of skills that will let you continue to grow as a trail runner. More than likely each of us has a different fitness level and you are encouraged to complete each training session to the best of your ability.
***This program assumes you have no major health problems, are in reasonably good shape and are comfortable jogging for 5km.
