Conquer this year's "Around the Bay" road race with our expert run team at MEC. Together, we will lead you through a 10-week gradual endurance training program to make sure you are ready to beat the bay.
Weekly sessions will consist of a 10-15min lecture followed by a specifically prescribed workout, increasing in duration each week. We will run different parts of the course, tackle some hills, and crush each kilometer to help you prepare.

Our experienced run leader Jess Petta will take you through this training to make sure you are ready to kick butt heading into the new year. Jess is an accomplished ultramarathoner with tons of experience on both road and trail - the more hills, the better.
