We love the outdoors as much as you do! And we know being outdoors more often on trail runs, snowshoeing or skiing requires that you stay injury free. In this workshop you will learn the major and minor muscle groups that will impact your ability to stay injury free depending on your sport (hint: rotator cuff and glutes play a big role). Upper and Lower body mobility certified Coach Mark Nadon will share his philosophy of joint health by utilizing fascia release, joint preparation (for tendons ligaments and cartilage), distractions for joint health and refinement, strength movements for three major winter sports in Ottawa and PNF stretching.
