Note: race day registration is cash only, and is available from 7:30–8:30am on April 27 at the registration tent.

Shuttle Bus Service:
Dundas Valley Secondary School, 310 Governors road, Hamilton, ON L9H 5P8
Bus will arrive in the front of the school and continue driving between the school and Dundas Valley.
Shuttle Times: 7:00am – 12:30pm
The last bus will leave Dundas Valley at approximately 12:00pm, so you must be on this bus to return to you vehicle. We will not be able to provide a return to Dundas Valley Secondary School by any other means, so please ensure you can complete your race distance by 11:45am or use the parking at Dundas Valley.
There is also limited parking available at Dundas Valley, but is a cost of $10/vehicle without an HCA pass and can fill up quite quickly.
Help us keep our races green by bringing your own water bottle. (Compostable cups and on-site recycling and composting will also be provided.)

NOTICE: To help prevent theft, if you are picking up for a friend you must bring a signed photocopy of their i.d. We will also accept an email to you if you can present this upon pick-up. We will release bibs to family members of the same last name. If you pick up your packet before race day, you can by-pass the bib line when you arrive. Please pick your bib up in store if possible as this drastically decreases wait times on race day. Important: You must pick your chip up on race day. Chips are expensive and this reduces loss.

We’ll have live unofficial race results within one hour of runners crossing the finish line at the results station. Official standings will be posted on the Speed River Timing site as well as this page within two business days of the event. Be sure to check back!
We’ll be giving out medals to the top three male and female finishers in each distance category (no age categories awards).

Tara Clark, Registered Physiotherapist from Dynamic Health and Performance will be at the finish line for all of your post-race recovery needs. She will be available for complimentary soft tissue release, manual stretching, as well as tips and education on injury management and prevention.
