MEC Calgary Race THREE 2019: Trail
NOTE: Bear Spray is mandatory for all Race Participants.
This is a requirement for all event participants at Canmore Nordic Centre

For MEC Calgary Trail Race THREE, there are 3 distance options to build on your trail running skills and to challenge the seasoned trail runner. Distances are approximate, please review map for specific distances.

There is a $5 trail maintenance fee included in the price of this event.
Note: Race day registration is cash only, and is available from 7:30–8:45am on September 21 at the registration tent.
Thursday, September 19 from 4pm–9pm, MEC Calgary.

Saturday, September 21, from 7:30am–8:45am at event site.
RACE DAY INFO
9:00am: 24K start
9:10am: 11K start
9:20am: 6K start
Note: There will be a warmup 5 minutes before each race start.
Canmore Nordic Centre, Canmore
The event will be at Canmore Nordic Centre, at the west end Canmore.
Canmore is about 45 minutes west of the Calgary City Limits.
Help us keep our races green by bringing your own water bottle. (Compostable cups and on-site recycling and composting will also be provided.)
Please note the 2019 routes will be the same as 2018, as outlined below, with a minor change to the start line. The Ride with GPS file will be updated soon.

We’ll be giving out medals to the top three male and female finishers in each distance category (no age categories awards).
