Getting ready to retire your bike for the winter? Trying to soak up the final hours of riding season? Join MEC Kitchener for a one hour clinic so you can learn how to perform minor maintenance on your bike.

These courses are designed to go over the basic details to keep your bike in working order, and focuses on one of the following topics per clinic: Basic Maintenance, or Flat Repair (sessions are held on a rotating basis).  Please note that all of our 101 clinics are only $10, and are limited to 8 people.

  • How to diagnose common mechanical issues
  • How to provide basic maintenance
  • Knowledge about different bike parts, and their function
  • When to bring your bike in for major repairs

This is a knowledge based clinic, and we will provide you with all of the materials you might need. Come with your questions and a sense of adventure.

This clinic is the perfect foundation for our Bike Maintenance 201 Super Clinic. The Bike Maintenance 201 Super Clinic is $60, is 4 hours in length, and will build upon the knowledge learned in our 101 clinic with more in depth information and advance tuning skills. You also are free to bring your bike to the Bike Maintenance 201 clinics. If you are interested please see the schedule on our events site right here.

For the 101 clinic bringing your own bike is not necessary; there will be one available for demonstrations.

We love to offer great value with our programming, but can't offer refunds on our clinics. Please see our refund policy here.
