LEARN TO RUN A FUN AND SAFE 5K, COMPLETE WITH WEEKLY LECTURES OVER A TEN WEEK PERIOD.
In this ten week clinic we will guide you through a fun and safe progression of walking and running with the aim of confidently preparing you to complete a 5K run. Weekly sessions will consist of a 10-15min lecture followed by a specifically prescribed workout.

Injury Prevention & Stretching
Heart Rate Training
Our experienced run leader will take you through this training to make sure you are ready to kick butt heading into the new year.
