Learn to be comfortable in open water. This is a great place to start if even the thought of open water swimming makes you anxious. This course is designed for swimmers and triathletes starting out in open water, but who feel comfortable in the pool swimming laps. You will learn how to breathe in choppy waters as well as sighting so you can swim with ease in the ocean.
Choose this course if you’re a new triathlete with little open water experience or want to get into swim racing.
Experience: No previous open water swimming experience necessary.
