Who Am I?
I’m Paige and I’m about to become your new Cycling Coach!
Here's what I'm about:
My motto is that there are three pillars to a joyful and healthy life – exercise, nutrition and mindset. I’m super passionate about cycling, being active, eating healthy delicious food and consistently working on breaking patterns and taming those negative voices in our heads that are not helping us get to where we’d like to be and how we’d like to feel.
HOWEVER, it’s important that we keep it real. If it’s not sustainable long term then what’s the point? Being active, fit and healthy is a lifestyle. It does take work and it does take getting back into your kitchen however the rewards to your body, mind and soul are endless.
I have personally struggled with everything I’m coming to you with. If you resonate with any of it, I can assure you that I have been EXACTLY where you are right now in one shape or form. I used to weigh over 200lbs, had no idea how to train or eat, partied a lot and the things I used to say to myself were wickedly awful and something I still have a hard time saying.
I’ve created this program for women just like you. You want to feel happy, fit and healthy and you want to kick some serious ass on your bike and in life.
