The Route

**IMPORTANT COURSE UPDATE** We believe strongly in putting on the best run possible, and that means being willing to update the things that could be better including making changes in response to outside factors, such as permitting or trail closures.
Fisherman's trail and Twin Bridges trail are temporarily closed for maintenance and upgrades to that area by Metro Vancouver and therefore we have removed these sections and Homestead Trail, from the course. The exclusion of these trails from the course shortens the overall length, but still keeps it at an ultra-distance.

***Please note: there have been recent changes made due to limited access to Baden Powell Trail from the base of Grouse and broken bridges closer to the Twin Falls area near Lynn Canyon.
