Challenge yourself and hit the trails!

Course Update: Because of the recent major rain and flooding, we have modified the medium and long distance routes to help preserve the trails that we are so lucky to have. Please see the updated courses below. Runners will be notified if any further modifications are made.

This trail run will bring you through the beautiful Dundas Valley and will be starting from the Dundas Valley Trail Center. Run a distance between 3.7k, 8.8k, and 10.2km.
As the distances get longer the trails become more hilly and technical. Technical terrain includes roots, rocks, mud and/or slippery sections and single track (narrow dirt trails). These courses are a great challenge, but runners are expected to proceed with care and remain within their abilities. The 3.75k distance is a wide gravel path, perfect for novice trail runners!

Parents! There is also a Kids Fun Run this day! If your child is 4-10 years old and you would like to sign them up, click here.
