Race Route

This is a legitimate trail race so please be prepared! The route is a combination of dirt single-track trail & double-track. You will encounter many hills, roots, bridges & other obstacles (both natural & human-made) along the course so watch your footing, wear proper footwear & have some fun out there. This course is unfortunately not suitable for strollers.

Volunteer Opportunities

Know someone who wants to come cheer you on and give out high-fives? Volunteering with the MEC events team is a blast.

All water stations will be equipped by MEC’s electrolyte partner, Nuun hydration. Nuun makes drink supplements high in electrolytes, yet low in sugar to keep you optimally hydrated throughout the race.

Pivotal Physiotherapy supports our racers' recovery with their NormaTec Recovery system. The NormaTec Recovery system is a type of dynamic compression therapy that helps you recover faster between workouts and/or after performance by reducing muscle soreness and improving circulation.

How it works: You slip on the boots over your fatigued legs then you sit back and relax! The compression begins at your feet and moves up your leg towards your quads and hamstrings using compressed air and pulse technology to massage your limbs, mobilize fluid, and improve circulation. The pulse technology, as opposed to static compression, mimics the muscle pump of the legs, which enhances the movement of fluid out of the limbs after an intense work out.

Upcoming Race Series Finale!

The race season is gonna end with pizzazz and panache on October 7th - sign up now to be there or be square!
