Run Crew - Jan03
Join our Saturday Run Crew as it does an easy pace run through quiet streets and ravines in North York. The focus with these will be a longer distance each week for 3 weeks, then a drop for week 4, then back up again.
The point is to build endurance to ready everyone for race distances over 10k like MEC Race 4 Half, The distance Sessions led by MEC staff & run leaders.
Run with others and you eventually forget the tough week at work you had. Plus talking will help you forget your pain!
Perfect for men and women with experience running 10k and more.
• Appropriate footwear
• Clothing suitable for weather conditions
• A bottle of water & holder/belt/Camelback
• ID and a contact number (it’ll fit in your water bottle pouch or maybe a Spi-Belt).
This meet-up runs all year long, rain or shine.
If parking in store underground lot (it's free for 2 hours!), make sure you register your licence plate at the machine by the elevator. You don’t need to put your receipt on your dash.
