Join us Monday nights this summer for free yoga as you take in the scenic harbour views and breathe in the salty ocean air from your yoga mat.
This flow style yoga class will guide you through a series of postures to build strength and flexibility, help increase cardiovascular endurance and enhance mental focus.
Designed for participants of all levels and experience. Bring your own mat.
