SUP Yoga - Paddlefest
Enjoy a Yoga session....on water!
Join Juliet Cadiz of Hardcore Paddleboards as she leads you through an relaxing and challenging yoga session while you are on a Stand Up Paddleboard. This class is open to all levels. No SUP or yoga experience is required. Please wear comfortable, breathable, quick-dry yoga or athletic clothing in layers (cotton is NOT recommended). We don't anticipate that you will fall in, but we suggest bringing a towel and a change of clothing just in case. It is also mandatory that you are comfortable in the water and know how to swim. Wear sunscreen and bring a bottle of water. We don’t recommend wearing expensive sunglasses, watches or bringing a camera or cell phone (we’ll take photos for you) or anything else you wouldn’t want to ‘donate’ to the bottom of the lake. Maximum of 6 participants.
