MEC Yoga in the Park is for all levels: from the beginner to the experienced yogi. These classes are designed for those looking to challenge themselves and learn something new!
LOCATED IN GIBBONS PARK
Our Hatha-style yoga classes will increase your flexibility and strength and help you to gain long, lean muscle in a safe and fun way! Runners, cyclists and rock climbers will particularly enjoy the benefits of increasing flexibility for performance enhancement. If you are new to fitness, you will love the healthy, strong glow that yoga brings to both your body and mind!
This ten-week series is designed to progressively increase your flexibility and strength, and teach you the breathing techniques and postures to establish a solid yoga fitness practice.
What to bring:
- Yoga mat
- Strap and blocks (optional)
- Yoga towel (optional)
How to Register
- For only $40 you can register online below or sign up in-store at MEC London. Once registered, you will receive an automatic confirmation email. A week before the start date of the program, your instructor will send a welcome and information email.
