Join Pivotal Physiotherapy's Kinesiologist Kaitlyn Skaley for a seminar on why using light to moderate intensity resistance training can improve your running performance and ward off injury. Learn more about common running injuries, including how they're caused and how we can prevent them, as well as how to use strengthening exercises as a complement to your current training regimen. There will be some exercise demonstration involved, so be prepared to move around!
