Hatha Flow with Karen
Whether you are a beginner or seasoned practitioner, you will be able to enjoy a fun class with Karen. Yoga practice is more than a physical exercise; it improves health, increases flexibility and builds strength in both body and mind.
The Hatha Flow class incorporates meditation and breathing (pranayama) techniques to help deepen your yoga practice. A series of yoga postures (asanas) are linked to encourage movements, hence improve range of motion. Posture alignment on each asana will be explained so you will practice safely and develop balance, strength and flexibility over time.
NOTICE: For all yoga and pilates sessions, Instructors kindly ask that you be in the room early. Late arrivals have caused interruptions to the flow of the mood and energy in classes. Doors will be locked at the start time even if you're pre-registered & paid. If you arrive late and miss a class make a note on the sign on the class door and we'll move you to the next session a week later (or to some other yoga class as you prefer).
