Tuesdays are for social running. We go out at an easy pace & focus on having a good time! All paces encouraged. Afterwards, stick around for a beverage and chat. |
Our knowledgeable and talented Running Crew will lead you on a heart pumping, foot pounding, run that lasts approximately 1hr.
Just like the postal service; snow, wind, rain can't stop us so please dress appropriately for the weather.
