The NormaTec Recovery system is a type of dynamic compression therapy that helps you recover faster between workouts and/or after performance by reducing muscle soreness and improving circulation.
How it works:
You slip on the boots over your fatigued legs then you sit back and relax! The compression begins at your feet and moves up your leg towards your quads and hamstrings using compressed air and pulse technology to massage your limbs, mobilize fluid, and improve circulation. The pulse technology, as opposed to static compression, mimics the muscle pump of the legs, which enhances the movement of fluid out of the limbs after an intense work out.
