We're very excited to once again be offering a race distance for everyone at this event. We have a 5K, 10K, Half and Full Marathon that follows the Trans Canada Trail and finishes in beautiful Fort Langley. The Fort Langley portion of the run is on the Fort to Fort Trail.

We're happy to offer a point to point course for the Half Marathon. This is a fantastic scenic course along the Trans Canada Trail which is a combination of trail and road. The Half Marathon starts in Pitt Meadows and goes over the Golden Ears Bridge and finishes in Fort Langley.

The Full Marathon will start in Fort Langley and head to Pitt Meadows and back.

The 5K and 10K will be an out and back on the Fort to Fort portion of the Trans Canada Trail starting and finishing in Fort Langley.

The Marathon will start at 7:00 a.m. in Fort Langley and the Half Marathon will start in Pitt Meadows at 9 a.m. Transportation to the Half start will be provided at no additional cost. Buses will be leaving from Fort Langley between 7:45 and 8:00 a.m. We will transport any personal gear from the start of the Half Marathon back to the finish area provided you have it in a SMALL labelled bag. There will be washrooms at the start of the Half.

There is NO race day registration or package pick-up for the Marathon and Half Marathon. Race packages for these distances must be picked up in advance from MEC Langley on Friday or Saturday prior to the race.

Online registration closes Thursday, April 27th at midnight. Instore registration accepted on Friday and Saturday at MEC Langley ONLY until 4 p.m. on Saturday, April 29th. . Day of race registration available at the start area for the 5K and 10K only for $25 cash.

Saturday - April 29th 10-4 Package pick-up at MEC Langley (show your race bib and receive 10% off any instore purchases)

All those who pick up their race packages on Friday or Saturday will be entered in a draw for one of 4 MEC $25 gift cards.

Sunday - April 30th 

7 a.m. Marathon Start (6 hour time limit)

7:45 - 8:00 a.m. Buses leave for Half Marathon Start

8:15 - 9:15 a.m. Package pick-up/late registration for the 5K and 10K only at race start/finish area

9 a.m. Half Marathon Start (4 hour time limit)

9:30 a.m. 10K Start (Updated start time)

9:45 a.m. 5K Start (Updated start time)

The start/finish for the 5K, 10K, and Marathon are in Fort Langley on the Fort to Fort Trail just in front of the Fort Langley Canoe Club. This is located at the corner of Glover Road and Billy Brown Road. The Half Marathon buses will leave from the same corner. The start for the Half is in Pitt Meadows where 176th meets the Pitt Meadows dike. In Fort Langley, there is parking off of Billy Brown Rd, in Brae Island Park and Marina Park.

The course is measured and there will be markers every 5K.

We have partnered with Trio Sport Events (http://www.trioevents.ca/) to chip time our race. To be environmentally friendly, we have reuseable chips which must be returned. Any questions about the chip or timing process please email info@trioevents.ca

Stick around at the finish to enjoy some refreshments and cheer on fellow runners. Custom medals will be awarded to top 3 men and women in each distance.

We are pleased to have PainPro Clinics on site for after race treatment.  Stop by their tent and get a massage!
