Welcome to the last race of the in the MEC Race Series. All your training has been for this race, Come out and run this beloved trail system and enjoy the many lakes and variety of trees, and challenge yourself with a few hill climbs and the occasional dog hurdle.

Note: race day registration is cash only, and is available from 8:00–8:30am on October 29th at the registration tent. In order to ensure the race beings on time there will be no registrations after 8:30am.

- Earphones permitted, but not recommended
- Runners are responsible for knowing the course
- No dogs.
9:00am: 5K/10K/21.5K start
This event will start at the historic site weave its way around the park's beautiful trail system.
The park is situated just off the Waverley road (route 318) in Dartmouth. Turn down Locks Rd. and follow to the end. There is also Metro Transit bus nuber 55 that leaves from the Bridge Terminal
Help us keep our races green by bringing your own water bottle. (Compostable cups and on-site recycling and composting will also be provided.)
10K (5k loop run twice)
*Maps are for general reference. Distances we be marked on the course.
Course alteration for 21.1K -- Distance will be added to the turn around point.
We’ll have live unofficial race results within one hour of runners crossing the finish line at the results station. Official standings will be posted on the Atlantic Chip site as well as this page within two business days of the event. Be sure to check back!
We’ll be giving out medals to the top three male and female finishers in each distance category (no age categories awards).
