MEC Lower Mainland: Trail Race SEVEN, 5K/10K
Race SEVEN is the last race of the year for the MEC Trail Race Series and going to be a beautiful run around Sasamat Lake and Sugar Mountain Trail. Choose between a 5k or 10k trail race- both will be a blast!
Delicious and nutritious bananas, gourmet JJ Bean coffee and massages will be available at the finish line for all participants. The top 3 finishers will be awarded a MEC medal.
Register online or in-store before November 23, 2017 at noon.
Note: race day registration is cash only, and is available from 8:00–8:30am on November 25 at the registration tent.

White Pine Beach, Belcarra Regional Park, Port Moody (Sasamat Lake)
The event site is at White Pine Beach.
From downtown Port Moody, you will be turning left on Ioco Road. Follow the signs to White Pine Beach.
There are bus stops at the park’s edge as well – please consult Translink schedules for arrival and departure times.
Help us keep our races green by bringing your own water bottle. (Compostable cups and on-site recycling and composting will also be provided.)

We’ll have live unofficial race results within one hour of runners crossing the finish line at the results station. Official standings will be posted on the Trio Sports Events site as well as this page within two business days of the event. Be sure to check back!
We’ll be giving out medals to the top three male and female finishers in each distance category (no age categories awards).
