Music players: Although music players aren’t banned, we encourage you to use them wisely. If you are listening to music, we suggest running with only one earbud to help you be aware of your surroundings.

Strollers: We do allow people to run with strollers. We encourage people with strollers to start near the back to prevent injuring other runners with the stroller.

Dogs: We do not allow participants to run with dogs. We ask that spectators who bring their dogs to the race area keep them on a leash at all times.
