This progressive clinic combines theory and practice as we introduce you to natural running form and technique. It is perfect for anyone wanting to improve their running technique; and ideal for those transitioning or thinking of transitioning to more minimalist shoes.
You will learn the basics of natural running technique, about the evolution of running and the running shoe, how shoes can influence a runner's performance, as well as keys to developing a safer, more efficient running style.
The clinic starts in our meeting room with a 15 minute technique talk and then we head out for practice on to road and trails.
Registration fee is $25 for all four clinics.
Ever since discovering the multi-sport world several years ago, Jen has dedicated her life to becoming a top endurance competitor. Racing professionally has enabled her to travel the world, meet incredible people and most of all, challenge and push her body in ways she hadn't thought possible.
