INTRO TO CAMP COOKING AND STOVES:

Want to become a backcountry chef or barista ?

In this clinic, we will review:

  • Explore the differences between cooking stoves and fuels.
  • Review which dishes are prepared most efficiently with what tools, and even learn a few cooking pointers that you can use for your summer adventures.
  • Proper care, maintenance and storage of cooking equipment.

While we're in the camp 'kitchen', we’ll also demo some water filters.

* We will not be cooking meals during this clinic. It is intended to gain an understanding of what stoves serve what situations the best.
