All levels and abilities – Beginner, Intermediate, Advanced students welcome.
Please bring a mat, water, comfortable clothes. Just $10 per session.
Parking is free for the first two hours of any visit to the North York store. Yoga is in the community room, far corner from the front door.
NOTICE: For all yoga and pilates sessions, Instructors kindly ask that you be in the room early. Late arrivals have caused interruptions to the flow of the mood and energy in classes. Doors will be locked at the start time even if you're pre-registered & paid. If you arrive late and miss a class make a note on the sign on the class door and we'll move you to the next session a week later (or to some other yoga class as you prefer).
