Wed. Group Runs
Join our Wednesday Run Crew as it does speed training through quiet streets in North York. We do a 15-minute warm-up jog then go to a location for speed 'intervals'. If you want to improve your running time - no matter how fast you are - you have to do speed running and the most motivating way to do it is with a group like this. Perfect for men and women with experience running 5k and more.
Sessions led by helpful and enthusiastic ultramarathoner Jim Willett!!
- Some running experience (5k), but looking to expand knowledge and improve skills.
- Appropriate footwear
- A bottle of water
- A snack
- Proper clothing for weather conditions
- ID and a contact number
This meet-up runs all year long, rain or shine. Be there a few minutes early as the group leaves at 6pm.
If parking in store underground lot (it's free for 2 hours!), make sure you register your licence plate at the machine by the elevator. You don’t need to put your receipt on your dash.
