Run Crew Wednesday Run - Jul19
Join our Wednesday Run Crew as it does speed training through quiet streets in North York. We do a 15-minute warm-up jog then go to a location for speed 'intervals'. If you want to improve your running time - no matter how fast you are - you have to do speed running and the most motivating way to do it is with a group like this. Perfect for men and women with experience running 5k and more.
Some running experience, but looking to expand knowledge and improve skills.
